New dawn...

Not having posted for about 18 months, I have no idea what to write about. So many things have happened...mostly great things. I'm of to Amreeka again...this time for a Masters...in Public Health of all things! How I went from an Econ and Math double major to a candidate for an MPH in Global Epidemiology is a bit woozy to me too. Suffice to say I'm off and this blog has been rejuvenated. I maintain that I only blog when I'm away from home...something about the ranting and whining I do here has the same effect on me as being home cocooned by the family. A few pertinant things to mention about the jaunt to the US this time around:

1. I'm going to Emory University which is in Atlanta which is in southern United States for my fellow geographically challenged collegues.
2. It's an all expenses paid trip. And I mean ALL EXPENSES paid.
3. I will miss my family very much this time around...especially Abbo.
